The Memory Stick (Flash Drive) on which the William Branham Storehouse Collection is supplied by The Midnight Cry is warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship.

The Midnight Cry's only obligation under warranty is to replace or exchange to the original purchaser, any product(s) that prove to the satisfaction of The Midnight Cry to be defective under normal use within sixty (60) days of the dispatch date.  The Midnight Cry reserves the right to require at it's sole discretion that defective product to first be returned by the Purchaser at the Purchasers cost to The Midnight Cry for replacement.

The Midnight Cry's liability under its warranties shall be limited to replacement as set forth above and it shall not be liable for any consequential damage.

The warranties, as stated above, are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied including all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
